Chrisma brings more than 9 years of experience in customer service and administrative support, along with a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to her work. Chrisma is dedicated to helping clients navigate complex public benefits processes with clarity, accuracy, and genuine care.

Known for her approachable, solution-focused nature, Chrisma takes pride in supporting seniors and their families during challenging times. She is committed to making each step of the process feel manageable while helping clients move forward with confidence and peace of mind.

Outside of the office, Chrisma enjoys reading, watching informational videos to expand her knowledge of the world, cooking, and spending time with her husky, Icyss.
