Position Summary
As a Client Services Specialist, you will be a cornerstone of client engagement and the primary point of contact for clients and families throughout their public benefit journey with us. You’ll build lasting relationships, support our legal team with case processing, and help ensure every client feels informed, supported, and cared for.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage client projects as the main point of contact
Foster trust and confidence in the firm through consistent, empathetic communication
Support the processing of Public Benefits, Asset Protection, and Estate Planning matters
Collaborate effectively with attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff
Accurately review, organize, and maintain electronic client files
Verify and gather necessary documentation from clients
Take initiative to resolve client needs and service requests
Maintain detailed notes and client records in a paperless database
Prioritize client retention by delivering exceptional service
Proactively identify urgent issues and escalate when necessary
Uphold strict client confidentiality at all times
Work daily with platforms like Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Daylite, and Gateway
Qualifications
Some college required; degree preferred or equivalent experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Comfortable working in a team setting and independently
Excellent multitasking and time management abilities
Empathetic, reliable, and driven to help others
Strong judgment and active listening skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro and Daylite is a plus
Additional Details
This is a full-time, in-office position (not remote)
40 hours per week with occasional overtime
