Sean Hickey joined Hurley Elder Care Law in 2025. A Florida native, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from Florida State University and his law degree from Mercer University School of Law. While at Mercer, Sean competed on and later coached the ABA Client Counseling Team. He has spent his legal career practicing in Georgia, focusing on civil litigation before joining Hurley Elder Care Law.

Sean is a committed advocate with a genuine passion for serving older adults. His interest in elder advocacy began early through a close relationship with his grandmother. Time spent with her fostered a deep respect for the challenges seniors face and inspired his desire to protect and support them through his legal work.

Sean lives in Midtown Atlanta with his wife. Outside the office, he enjoys weekend trips to the mountains, spending time at Piedmont Park, and exploring Atlanta’s vibrant restaurant scene.
