We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Estate Planning and Probate Paralegal to join our team. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to positively impact others’ lives. Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Review and organize legal documents and electronic files with meticulous attention to detail
  • Draft trusts, wills, and related estate planning documents
  • Prepare probate, guardianship, and conservatorship petitions
  • Work closely with clients to gather and verify necessary information
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and court correspondence in a paperless system
  • Address client concerns empathetically and professionally in a timely manner
  • Prioritize urgent issues requiring management attention
  • Build strong client relationships and foster trust in our firm
  • Collaborate effectively with all team members

Qualifications:

To thrive in this position, you will need:

  • Some college experience; Paralegal certification or equivalent education/experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro, Macintosh OS, Daylite, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with WealthCounsel and/or ElderCounsel is a plus
  • Ability to meet and manage strict deadlines with high attention to detail
  • Exceptional organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Active listening skills and a desire to assist clients while improving processes
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities and composure under pressure
  • Reliability, dependability, and strict adherence to client confidentiality

Position Details:

  • Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, 8:30 AM – 5 PM, Monday through Friday (in-office). Occasional overtime may be required.
  • Location: Vinings, GA
