Brittany Thomas joined Hurley Elder Care Law in early 2025 as a Public Benefits Assistant. Originally from Dallas, Texas, Brittany earned her Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Texas-Arlington.

She brings valuable experience to the team, having previously worked as an insurance underwriter and office administrator. Her background helps her effectively navigate the complexities of public benefits and client support.

Brittany recently relocated to Georgia to be closer to family. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, traveling, exploring new adventures, and spending quality time with her loved ones—including her beloved fur baby.
