Joanna Hurley is a founding member of Hurley Elder Care Law and an integral part of the firm’s marketing and community relations team. Alongside her husband, Miles Hurley, founder of the firm, Joanna helped develop the firm’s multidisciplinary legal practice dedicated to serving Georgia seniors. Her commitment to education and advocacy is reflected in the numerous presentations, brochures, and website content she has created to empower clients and professionals with valuable elder law information. Joanna is also a frequent and engaging speaker within the senior community.

Joanna graduated from Emory University with a B.A. in Finance and began her career as an investment manager. Her financial expertise and dedication to serving others continue to shape her work at the firm.

Joanna is an active volunteer with St. Anne’s Episcopal Church and resides in Atlanta. Her middle son also works and lives in Atlanta. Her other two sons are pursuing their studies as a senior at TCU and a law student at George Washington University. In her free time, Joanna enjoys traveling and cooking new recipes.
