Nicole Lott joined Hurley Elder Care Law in 2022. Nicole received her BA in Psychology with a minor in Gerontology at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 2017 and her Masters of Social Work degree along with a certificate in Gerontology in 2019.

Nicole discovered her passion to work with older adults when she took an introductory class on gerontology and began volunteering with older adults in her community. She has years of experience studying the process of aging and working with older adults and their families as they navigate the complexities of getting older.

Nicole believes that mental and emotional health is just as important as physical health when a person ages and works with individuals to develop positive coping skills as well as identify their strengths. Nicole uses her years of knowledge and experience to provide empathy and compassion to her clients and help provide them with any resources they may need.

Aside from a passion of working with older adults Nicole is a big Philadelphia sports fan and played collegiate volleyball and professional volleyball in Europe.
